SO2 Analyzer PUREAIR 10

SO2analyzer adopts ultraviolet fluorescence measurement technology of EPA standard. It’s of high sensitivity and stability, with low detection limit at 2ppb. The PUREAIR 10 could accurately and continuously monitor the SO2 content of low concentration in the air, to provide the data basis for air quality analysis.

NOX Analyzer

NOxAnalyzer PUREAIR 20

The NOx analyzer adopts chemiluminescence measurement technology of EPA standard, able to automatically switch between NO and NOx measurement modes. Automatic measurement of the reference cycle ensures instrument’s stability. The low detection limit is 2 ppb.

H2S Analyzer

H2S Analyzer

H2S analyzer, adopting oxidation - reduction technique, is combined with SO2 analyzer. The sample gas goes through H2S converting furnace, with SO2 filtered out and H2S converted to SO2. Then the sample gas goes into the SO2 analyzer and to be measured.

NH3 analyzer, adopts oxidation - reduction technique, is combined with NOX analyzer. The sample gas goes through NH3 converting furnace, with NH3 converted to NO2, catalyzed by heating. Then the sample gas goes into the NOx analyzer to be measured.

Dynamic Dilution Calibrator

Dynamic Dilution Calibrator MGC 200

MGC 200 supplies various span gas at different concentration. It consists of dilution unit, mass flow meter, and optional ozone generator and ultraviolet photometer.

Instrument Functions

  1. CPU controlled, contributing to the function of dynamic dilution calibration.
  2. Equipped with mass flow meter and dilution unit.
  3. Supplying such standard gas as SO2,NOx,CO,O3at a precise concentration. Fulfill zero calibration, measurement range calibration, precision calibration, and multi-point calibration.
  4. Concentration of calibration gas is programmable and could be stored for a long time.Self-alarming when abnormal flow and pressure happens.
  5. Optional ozone generator, with output gas flow at 0.05~1ppm/5slpm.
  6. Remote access to control the output of standard gas by data collection system or gas analyzer.

Zero Air Generator

Zero Air Generator ZAG 2010

ZAG 2010 provides the gas (ZERO AIR) that contains no NO,NOx,O3,SO2,CO and HC. It consists of external compressor, pressure control valve, component filter, gas tank and thermostat.

Instrument Functions

  1. After filtering the wet air, the condensed water filter auto discharge the condensed water.
  2. Renewable scrubber could high efficiently dry and filter the air, requiring no maintenance.
  3. Air pressure regulator could guarantee the zero air output at stable pressure.
  4. Activated carbon could remove NO,NO2,O3,SO2,COin the air.
  5. Built-in two-cylinder compressor.
  6. Auto start, timing start and shutdown function.
